⛔ STOP treating decisions implicitly.
Decision Governance is NOT decision management, decision modeling or a policy document.
The #DecisionGovernance elevates “decisions” as the first-class asset. It uses a Decision Maturity Model (L0 -> L4) for decisions to build a decision inventory and gives them a progression path and ensures their effectiveness matures over time.
• L0: Invisible
• L1: Visible
• L2: Modeled
• L3: Automated
• L4: Optimized
It also uses explicit decision models to make them clear, transparent, and explainable. So, they can have ownership.
That's not enough.
It governs the full decision cycle, to the ensure context, state and data are valid and authorized for execution of both decisions and actions.
This ensures that the admissible actions in the commit boundary are valid. Therefore, it solves the challenge of action authorization and decision authority.
Additionally, it governs the Decision Continuum, which it makes decisions stateful and long-running spanning across time.
🚀 Make decision governance part of your architecture rather than becoming a policy documentation and a reactive audit process. #AIGovernance
